I design the systems where peopleand AI make decisions together.

I make tangled systems make sense. That's the whole job.
18 years of it. I started in agencies drawing logos and Ninja Turtles, spent 7 years at Adobe building the plumbing under Workfront, and now I design how AI agents and people share the work of reviewing and approving creative. Different surfaces, same instinct. Find the seam nobody wants to touch, and make it something people can trust.
My rule for the AI part is simple. Automate the certain. Escalate the uncertain. The machine handles what it knows. People handle what needs judgment.

Four kids, two small dogs, one very loud house.
Home isn't a zip code. It's whoever's in the room. My kids are my most honest critics, and they don't grade on a curve. Being someone they can look up to is the real bar, higher than any VP review.
The dogs get a vote too. Cookie, the little white one, is the princess who owns the house and everyone in it, me included. Bruno, the brown one, is a teddy bear who never got the memo that he's a dog.
It started with the family I came from. Traditional, stable, loving, with faith at the center and a work ethic nobody argued with. My parents believed in me long before I gave them a reason to. Whoever I am now, they laid the foundation.
My dad stays close. We talk all the time, and nobody cheers louder. My mom, the biggest fan I ever had (still is), cheers from the other side of the rainbow now. My sisters are my best friends, right after my wife, of course.
Everything I build, I build downstream of this.

Jesus is my Rock. Everything else is built on top of that.
I move fast. I chase hard problems. I take swings that might miss. What keeps me steady underneath all of it isn't something I have to rebuild every morning. It was already there, and it holds.
I don't wear it loud. But it's the foundation, so it belongs on the page.

Colombia made me. Everything after is just accent.
I grew up on García Márquez and the idea that a good story can hold a whole world together. I speak two languages and dance in both. I'll put a plate of bandeja paisa against anything you've got.
Colombians are stubborn. Strong-willed, hardworking, too proud to walk away from a real challenge. That's why I'd rather do the hard version. Nobody remembers the easy one.
